Kenny grew up with a deep appreciation of music. Growing up his house was filled with music-classical, acoustic, rock, new wave, punk, folk and grunge to name a few. He recognized early on the transformational and positive affect music has in connecting people, telling stories, creating change and empowering people. After leaving college he started a sailing, windsurfing and skateboarding shop - feeding his passion for starting and growing businesses, connecting people and their passions, teaching and having fun driving the creative process and enabling opportunities.
From retail, he got into sales, marketing, sales management, product development, sourcing, manufacturing and brand management in the outdoor and paddle sports industries- leading iconic brands- Osprey, Kelty, Sierra Designs, Mad River Canoe, MontBell, Wenger and The Mountain.

Executive Services - Evansville, IN
I learned the Carter Scratch from my mother and Black Sabbath and CCR from my brothers. I spent a few years working tours doing light rigging and sound before eventually transitioning to promotions for Time Warner after college. With the changes in the music industry, it has become apparent that a new model is needed. IOA has built a model that can adapt quickly and across multiple platforms. IOA has reignited my passion for music, as new, dynamic, independent artists can benefit from this model, all the while being true to their own vision. Music has and can change the world.

Hi I’m Tracey “Paps” Mears. Lighting Tech, Sound Tech, Road Manager and all around Tech guy.
I got started in the early eighties as a light guy working with a suicide board and pars made out of coffee cans. When we got ready to go on we were able to buy some actual par cans and a dimming system.
In 1988 after 4 years of touring and a couple of years freelancing as a lighting/sound tech. My partner (also my cousin) and I started what would become NightOwl Lighting Productions. A medium sized lighting rental/production company. We grew NightOwl for 17 years while accumulating equipment as we went. In 2005 we split up the company and sold off the gear.
